Strength going good so far.. just need to win back the lost strength. Concerning the WD, I am liking it so far. Trying new things everyday but I feel great during the underfeeding. I just wanted to start things right. I'll report to you/ the forum in a few months to check up on progress cheers
thank you for the solid advice! i have read hours on this forum, and read his new book...but yet have to come across this scenario. i REALLY like the whole WD idea, but i'm not sure how i'll sleep immediately after a 2K kcal meal...i'll just have to try it and see how it goes. take it easy
Just saw your message to me. Thanks for your info. I'll have to give some of it a try. Milk tears me up, but i've been taking lactase. This helps a lot. I drink egg whites in the morning. I don't think I have too much problems with this.
I been trying to get as much protein from chicken as I can. I'm new stuffing down protein to meet the recommended requirements as IA states in the threads. I do get some WICKED smelling gas in the evening. I don't know what this is from yet.
