I'm gonna keep going till march/april and start a cut .. cheers buddy. How u been?
I'm not sure if you're the right person to ask, but is there anyone around here experienced enough with the warrior diet to write a plan for pay? No exercise or support, just a plan. Thanks.
Joe,
I've got a question about the metal pro bencher I just got. I tried it on last night and I can get it on in about 2 mins no problem. I put 225 on the bar and touched it no problem. My rear delts were bloodshot from where the shirt was rubbing. Being this is so new to me, is my shirt too big? Should I get a smaller size?
I'm sorry for bringing this back from the dead however it has to do with the Now "Adam" vitamin that I am currently looking into. They have a mens multivitamin and a superior men's multivitamin. Is the superior one meant for seniors or is it of higher quality or what? What's the difference? Thanks, i couldn't find the answer to this online, even on their own site.
Nope no videos. They aren't that big let's be honest. But I'm definitely not a beginner.
You trained with some of the strongest powerlifters in the world, when you're that strong, you can't recover from all out squatting and deadlifting twice a week I know. But when your an intermediate lifter, with numbers well below your genetic maximum, you can (if you're not genetically inadequate.)
I'm 22 as it goes. My Bench/Squat/Deadlift is 140/200/210 Kg's.
So, I'm not a beginner. Most fo the powerlifters I know Squat twice a week and deadlift once (maybe twice). You don't seem to know much about the relationship of volume/intensity and frequency.
Firstly, I don't appreciate you locking my thread before any others could reply. It wasn't only YOUR opinion I was after. Secondly, your reply was ridiculous. People can and DO squat and deadlift more than once a week. I am not a beginner, I do not have poor genetics as you seem to think. You claim I am trying to "re-invent the wheel". Well if you knew what "the wheel" was you'd see that full body 5x5 wrokout (with more volume) were the original result producing training methodologies, ala Reg Park. I suggest you do some reading, and perhaps learn how to moderate properly. I can see from the other messages below that my feelings are common. WHAT is the point of a forum, when if someone ask for opinions about something that the moderators do not agree with the thread will get locked? It's nonsense. No doubt you'll delete this message, and not reply.
