hi i wanted to tart the wd diet and was wondering how to implement it for mass gaining and working out at 1030
should i train fasted than take a 50p/75c shake en than 2other normal shakes during the day and feast at night ot have the 'feast meal already post workout early in the day?
what macro's do you use for mass gaining on your on and off days
i'm 169lbs and 12% now
i would also do +10% on workout days and -10%maintenance on off days
