    Hey...I just came across the Beginner Routines thread that had this push/pull/legs split

    Monday, Chest Shoulders Triceps
    Bench Press or Dip
    Incline Bench BB or DB
    Military Press

    Wednesday
    Chin-Up or Lat Pull-Down
    Row
    Barbell or DB Curl
    Abs

    Friday
    Squats or Deadlifts

    Seated Calf Raise (optional)


    noticed you had asked about the sets/reps as I did when I found this thread..
