Hey ex, I am the guy that posted in your "Q and A" forum about the advice on protein and time. I did as you said and started up the fitday.com thing(which btw is pretty awesome other besides typing in all my nutrional facts lol) and so far so good. I got up above 200g pro both tue and today. And kept cals below 2300 while doing it!! Reason I'm bothering you is saturday is my cheat day and it probably be close to impossible to remember everything I eat to put it into fitday bc I eat a whole helluva lot! BUT if u need me to record the cheat I will do my best! Thanks man and damn sure will "keep training"!
