About 5 weeks ago, I was working out for 2 hours every other day. Well, a week after that, I had cut 25 minutes off of my routine like nothing. I suddenly got this HUGE burst of energy and I've only been cutting time ever since, minutes a week.

Anyway, now I'm down to 1 hour and maybe 15 minutes.

5 weeks ago, I was doing this (2 hours):

3 sets of 20 pushups (wide arm position)

One-arm curl (per arm)
2 sets of 12 reps of 25LBS
2 sets of 10 reps of 30LBS
2 sets of 08 reps of 35LBS
2 sets of 06 reps of 40LBS

At the beginning of this week, I started doing this (1 hour 15 minutes, today, just 1 hour 5 minutes):

3 sets of 20 pushups (wide arm position)

One-arm curl (per arm)
2 sets of 12 reps of 25LBS
2 sets of 10 reps of 30LBS
2 sets of 08 reps of 35LBS
2 sets of 06 reps of 40LBS

one-arm front lateral lift (per arm)
3 sets of 25 reps of 30LBS

one-arm bench (per arm)
3 sets of 30 reps of 30LBS

100-130 crunches

I weigh 203LBS and I have 16% body fat. Two months ago I was at 190LBS. The growth has slowed down but I'm definitely a lot stronger. My workout has also become kinda easy and I need to get more weights, but I'm holding off because I have too much stuff and very little space. The school I'll be attending starting August 28th (www.poly.edu) has a new gym and its really nice, so I'm holding off. Kinda feels like I'm doing cardio now as compared to 5 weeks ago because my heart is pumping harder but it feels considerably easier.

Today, I did the 1 hour and 5 minutes, but I couldn't do anymore. I'm definitely sore, but not as much as I was two days ago (not nearly as much). What's going on here?!

EDIT: Sorry if I'm not listing the routines as you guys would. I'm still a n00b despite working out for 8 months now.

BTW, here's my macros:

protein: 160-200g/day
carbs: 250g/day
fat: 20-30g/day

calories: 2500-3000/day

I've been taking creatine for 3 months now and XYIENCE Xcelerate Fat Burner for 1.5 months.

You need to get some weights or join a gym and start LIFTING WEIGHTS.

 Yeah, pretty obvious. I'll be using my school's weight room in the first week of September. I was just concerned becuse my workout has becom quicker but I also tire quicker. Or maybe I'm getting tired quicker because I'm no longer heavy lifting, but actually doing cardio. Yeah, now that I think about it, that makes sense...
