Is there anything wrong with doing this routine.
Squats-2x10
SLDL-1x10
Bench-2x6
Row-2x6
Shoulder Press-1x6
Abs-2x15
This would be done as recovery dictates, so no set days. I figure its good as I am someone who has skipped a lot in the past. Also, I would do a good deal of cardio with this too, say 3 daysx30-60mins. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Other than adding some pullups or chins, it looks good. Might be tough doing those exercises all heavy at full intensity after doing squats so you may want to move the leg exercises to the end of the workout.
Going by recovery instead of set days should allow you to go hard on this. The volume is low enough so you should be fine.

I would love to do chins, but can't do any. How can I get stronger at them?

Do you have access to an assisted chin machine? If not, you can use a chair or bench and spot yourself so you can do a few to build up some strength. You could also do some negative chins/pullups to build up strength as well. Just use a chair or bench to get in the chin position and then control the descend.

Looks like a solid routine. u could vary it up some by reversing the order each time so u start with legs one day then start with shoulders the next. this would help wave intensity on each exercise as well. for pull ups, set up a bar on the safety catches about hip height and lay under the bar and do sort of a reverse incline bench motion. this will help till i can do a full pullup. u could also get a stretch band and hook under a foot to help assist the pul ups.
