how do you search for HIT?

if you type in HIT into the search on IA.com, it says that the search term is too short, so is there some other method to go about finding all of the HIT articles on here other than going post by post. i here IA himself has quite a rep for training HIT.

relative to your search question just use a * sign afterwards. so when you want to search for HIT, type in HIT*

as per your comment about IA and his HIT training, and this is what i generally recognize based upon my own observations and conclusions, but IA does not seem to be a "HIT type" trainer. he creates his programs based upon the needs of the individual, which IMO is the beauty of IA as a trainer. he doesnt really have a set system, just basic principles which he works off but he may have people training from pure hardgainer style to westside to high volume, etc. again these are my observation and obviously IA feel free to correct if i am wrong.

o yeah i totally agree i didnt mean to imply that IA trains specifically HIT type. i just meant to say that i read a post somewhere on this forum or something like that and his name was mentioned, he might have even said it himself that he is known for HIT.
