I took from IA's 2-Day WSB Routine Stickey, http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2666 but made a few adjustments.
ME Bench 1x3
DB Pause Bench w/ Incline 3x8
Skull Crusher w/ EZ Bar 2x8
Seated Barbell Overhead Press 3x8
Weighted sit-ups 2x10
ME Deadlift 1x3
Box Squat at parallel 2x8
45* Hypers on Bench and power rack 3x8
Barbell Rows 3x8
BB Curl 2x10
I will try alternating ME lifts every 3 weeks for starters.
What do you think? Is this a good way to start?
I workout at home so my equipment is limited (no chains or bands, no pullthroughs). I plan on purchasing more stuff when I have more money. As a plus, I can do box squats because my bench is adjustable and the seat can be placed at 4 different levels - one slightly above parallel, one at parallel, the other two below parallel.
Here is what my bench looks like: http://www.ironmaster.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=3&cat=0&page=
If I could get some suggestions for accessory posterior chain exercises, that would be great.
The only exercises I can think of are sldl, bb gm, and reverse hypers on my bench at lower intensity. maybe glute/ham raises on my bench w/ the crunch/sit-up attachment? I am not sure of the mechanics of the gh platform, but it seems that
I may be able to perform the movement.
