I was told by a top D/Ler on the boards to use this exercise at is superior for lock out strength...

u need quick time to view it... this was the first of two sets. 1nce again like my rack gm, my knees are too flexed i think, for some reason i was thinking of dimels halfway thru... thats why my middle rep is shitty... i didnt notice it at all until i viewed the video... it was corrected my second set.

Looks like 275 plus chains. Probably 335ish total would be my bet.

I couldn't really check out her form from that angle. Got a view from behind. I like to study form from every angle to make sure it's right.
