Just a bit too much flexion in the knees but still a good lift.
Guys, these are one of the absolute bets ways to build you squat or deadlift.
thanks wes, i will try and keep the legs a little straighter next time.

How did you set that up? I'm lacking all the parts I'm sure, but just out of curioisty I gotta ask.

Can these be done with just a power rack and not chains?

They can be done out of the rack, but chains make it a MUCH more natural movment.

good looking lift skar. 385 is a nice GM. do you mind if i ask how old you are?
hoops - all u do is throw chains around the power rack.
the more i look at that vid though the more i hate it as IA said, knees wer way too flexed

i agree but 385 is still a very strong GM. especially for a 20 year old. i still think its great work.
