Also need to add the liftoff problem with the first attempt was 100% my fault. I set up way to far out on the bench

Well believe me it is. Those guys love to red light me. Hell one of them red lighted me on my 145lb squat b/c it wasn't enough weight haha

Well puts you in a better position to push heavy weights, and it shortens your Range of motion. So it's a win win

I agree with the previous comments, your set-up is fantastic, and the numbers are extremely solid.

I don't think you're supposed to bench more than you deadlift... (j/k!) I'm just jealous of your bench! Teach me to bench 600 and I'll try to teach you to deadlift 700 (as soon as I get there myself, that is).
