Added video of a 1RM on floor press with the El Gordo fat bar and 100# of chain.

Big Arch + Big Belly = Bar hits torso before elbows touch floor :D

That one is closer to 12". Puts me 2 or 3" under parallel with my that width of stance. I'd need a 10" if I were using a comp stance though.

Yeah, Ray's like that. He's a 5' 3 1/2" guy lifting as a 242. He just hit a 2164 total (including a 903 SQ) last Nov with plenty left in the tank. IMO he is one of two guys in Texas with a decent chance at making the WPO finals in the next year or two. There are several that have a shot at making the semi's.

He was a training partner of Steve Goggins' before Steve moved to GA.
