Is there a practical difference between a one or two prong style PL'ing belt? I'm about to order one and I can't decide...

1 prong is easier to latch.

if i had to get another belt i'd probably get a lever or a 1 prong, the 2 prongs can be a bitch to get off, especially when it's tight and you just did a heavy set of deads or squats.

I saw the levers, looks great if your waist is always the same size, but it seems like mine is always changing up and down....mostly up :)
So one prong it is, thanks guys.

Yep, and that is precisely why I have a 1 prong. Can't see any real benefit to double.

have a lever and a 1 prong. i use mt lever for raw training but once suited up i like my i prong.
my 1 prong is 10mm instaed of 13mm like my other belt. cant tell any difference when squatting and pulling.
