i, I wanted to know what would be the better position to use to get the maximum leg drive, MM style with legs tucked underneath or westside style with feet wide in front?

I like em' tucked underneath the best. That way it doesn't push your butt up no matter how hard you kick.

I was going MM style, but I'm experimenting with them spread as wide as I can get them (not much), and heels flat. Then, I'm picking up my big toe (I learned this from a guy up in New England that posts on another forum I'm on, who reportedly learned it from Vinnie D). It seems to give me solid leg drive and virtually eliminates the possibility of my hips coming off of the bench.
I say experiment with different styles and see what works for you. You will be your own best coach on a lot of little things like this.

i recently switched from a big tuck to feet flat on the floor. i was having probs with my feet sliding when i was on the balls of my feet.

I'm actually the opposite. I used to keep my feet flat (WS Style) but now I go more MM. I finally have decent leg drive, and don't have any problems with my ass comming off the bench. I guess try both styles, and see what works best for you.

i dunno about leg drive, but i prefer MM because flat-foot, i just don't feel as tight and integrated.
