Does HIT style of training suitable for people using anabolics steroids?
I dont know if Im going to make myself clear but when you are on steroids u feel better, stronger, more motivated etc so would someone using anabolic steroids can take the maximun benefits of growth using HIT or a volume training would be a better choice? In another words: using steroids and training on HIT style would be a waste of steroids? Hope u guys know what I mean

If you are talking about Mike Mentzer's HIT NO, I would not do it. If you are talking about low volume high intensity training in general, you will likely get better gains.
I will always be the first to tell you volume work is THE best way to acheive ultimate mass.
I will than tell you that the catch is you have to be one of the genetic freaks that respond to it. The truth is only a VERY small percentage of the lifters out there have the genetic capacity to profict from volume training.
If you can't grow on volume while training clean, the chanches of it working good when on a cycle are dismally small. I train a LOT of 250-275 lb fairly lean lifters and the majority of them do low(er) volume strength based routines. When I get a lifter that comes to me that has a history of doing well on volume, I train the guy using volume often. But, I often put these guys on a lower volume routine and they explode with new growth. Gear or no gear.
It is a TOTAL waste of gear overtraining and if you think gear makes you bullet proof to overtraining you are horribly mistaken. For many it raises recovery very little. What is does for most people is amplify results from a training load the body can handle. NOT make the body handle a huge amount more workload. The number 1 and 2 mistakes gear users make is getting "on" and switching to a moronic pro style volume routine, and under-eating.

I agree with IA. Find a routine that you can grow on naturally then add gear to it. Don't try to make gear fix a non working routine.
Great post IA!
