Ok... I am attempting to do a TCD while working a 9-5 job..... what do you guys eat for lunch that would fit into a TCD that
a) Does not need to be heated up (constantly in different places don't have a microwave all the time)
b) Makes it so you appear semi normal

A) Don't know. LOL. I got a microwave at my job.
B) Should be the last of your worries. If they got a problem, tell them to keep stuffing their fat asses with McDonalds. :D Your trying to make progress, not fit in with Fat America.

sliced steak and/or ground beef in tupperware or a ziplock, same with fish. can always resort to a shaker cup with protien and oil.

if you want your body to look different, why do you want your food to look normal?....lol

haha your right... why do i want to look normal :p .... basically i mean semi normal.... not like mcdonalds or stuff like that... mcdonalds literally makes me sick.. stomach kills.... i just mean not taking like shots of olive oil :D
slicd steak and ground beef? wouldn't you reheat that... i am looking for stuff that doesn't require any reheating cause I might not be near a place where i can do it.
canned chicken?? never seen that before... is that healthy for you?.. seems kinda strange.

anyone else have ideas for TCD food that can be eaten at work for lunch without heating it up?

whats wrong with some nuts or nut butters? i always keep some in my office along with a few cans of tuna. do you have a fridge, you can take milk, i dont know if that is tcd food. they now have all those tuna and salmon pouches, all you need is a fork. i dont think anything could be easier. i love cold chicken too, but thats just me.

hows about:
salad with chicken beef
shake (although that sucks for lunch if you're looking to fill up)
beef or turkey patties or meatballs at room temp

Hey I'm not sure how big you are.. but once you get to the point where you become a big and cut mofo you'll have a all the respect form the people in your office. People might think you are strange but once they see you changing they will admire you.
Take any meal you would normally eat for your diet and put it in a cooler.
