Hi, im having a problem hitting my upper legs, I do some leg press but legs don't bend far enough to do much good, don't like to do squats a lot cause it messed up my shoulders (gym doesn't have good pad). I do a good amount of leg curls and calfs but can't seem to hit my upper legs.
any suggestions to get upper legs bigger and stronger would be helpfull, maybe i need to just do leg press constantly untill it gets better and i start to feel burn.

Squat. You don't need a pad to squat. You will find it only hurts for a few sessions and then your body will acclimate. Trying to get bigger while neglecting squatting and deadlifting is the worst possible thing you can do.

yes, but i play baseball pretty seriously and fucking up my shoulder or back isn't a good idea, espcially after having a shoulder problem for a month

It sits on your shoulder. Throwing a ball is has a MUCH MUCH higher risk of hurting your shoulder or back then squating.
