hey bros wsup, ive been lurking the forums awhile trying to soak up all the info i can. i was posting over at bb.com and still am a little bit but thank god i found this place! you guys have been so helpful! ive done abbreviated training before via stuart mcrobert style and got some good strength gains but not particularly pleased with size especially with arms which i think actually shrank a little. so i came up with this routine which is a kinda a compromise between abbreviated and moderate volume. the reason i dont just stick with moderate volume is abbreviated is far superior for strenght which as you guys know is ultimately the end all be all when it comes to weighttraing.

day one: back, bi's, and legs

pullups 2 X 6-8
db rows 2 X 6-8
bb curls 1 X 8-10
squats 1 X 20
calves 1 X 10

day two: chest, shouders, and tri's

incline db 2 X 6-8
dips 2 X 6-8
db military 1 X 6-8
lying laterals 1 X 10
skullcrushers 1 x 8-10

2-3 DAYS OFF then REPEAT

I would separate your Day 1 and 2 with a day of rest. Overall it looks like a good start.
