What are some good excercises for shoulder width? thank you

Upright rows, lateral raises. Hammer Strength Press. Dumbbell and Barbell presses are good also, but primarily work the front delts which already take a complete pounding from all your chest work. Front delts and pecs are usually THE two most overworked muscles for most trainees, and the the two that go "pop" most often.

So is lateral deltoid work needed to have "wider shoulders"? i guess upright rows would be good for that, thanks IA
