i dont know if it belongs here although it is a training type of question, but if it should be in the general discussion just give it a quick nudge.

well on my b-day i got 100 bucks, and am not sure whatto buy lifting wise. i was planning on signing with IA but im still short, so im going to buy some equipment for my homegym instead. and i don't know what i could add. heres what i got in it:

-Power Rack
- 300lbs set
- olympic bar that came with the 300lb set
- adjustable dumbells
- flat/incline/decline bench
- ez curl bar
- chin/dip attachment
- dip belt

i for sure plan on buying more weights, and chalk.
would you guys reccomend anything else inside the budget :D

Good call - I'd suggest those before a sled (but a sled is a good idea too).. since you're in Illinois, get it from the APF founder himself, Ernie Frantz
