My school gym got some trap bars a while ago. It's freakin' sweet cause not even my old gym had those. Today's my leg day so I really want to give them a try. I'm basically doing IA's 3-day low volume routine and was wondering what I should do, not do if i'm going to use the trap bar this time. Squats and trap bar or just all out on the trap bar? Or is there somethng else i should do?
