I just wanted to take the time to thank IA for for all the help with my training/diet. He is a hell of a guy to deal with, professional and anwsered all of my questions. He was there when I called about 99% of the time and if he wasn't he always called back promptly. I really can't say enough good things.
Go sign your sorry ass's up you wont be dissapointed!!!
I have always been a hard gainer (like its easy for anyone right?) anyway I started with Wes 8 weeks ago @ 197 and now I am weighing in about 205 with only a very slight increase in bodyfat( wich is my fault for eating out to much). I wasn't taking any supplements through out these 8 weeks and have been lifting for about 10 years (the first 8 of which my head was straight up my ass compared to the remaing where my head was only partially up my ass) I am currently 24 years old and 5 '10 and ~12%bf
A pic from about 2 weeks ago:

The lighting makes me look a little more cut than I really am...and damn i need a tan.
Here are my max's before I started training with IA 8 weeks ago.
Bench: http://www.apexlogik.net/lift/sax-bench-275.WMV
Dead: http://www.apexlogik.net/lift/mad-dead-365.WMV
Squat: http://www.apexlogik.net/lift/mad-squat-375.WMV
And here are my max's after 8 weeks:
Bench: http://www.apexlogik.net/lift/mad-301-bench.WMV +26LBS
Dead: http://www.apexlogik.net/lift/Mad-425-dead.WMV +60LBS
Also the dead lift was done with a toe that I just broke two days ago while at the gym....Ill let XX fill you guys in on the details of exactly how that happened :)
Heres what my toe looked like the night before the dead lift.

I think i could have got a little more on dead if ithe toe wasn't hurting like a SOB ...kind of fucked with my concentration.
The reason I didn't max on squats after 8 weeks was because i just realized my form was sucking...wasn't going low enough so I am basically going to try to learn how to squat all over...plus my toe said that it had enough fun for one night.
thanks again Wes for your website and training!
