I've been keeping one over at CEBB for a while now. I'll start posting my progress here as well.

Yesturday

4/22/05

AM cardio 40min on the bike

PM workout Chest/back

2board press 255x5 Good lift, I got up 10 more lbs then last week
Incline 220x3
Db press 95'sx5
Some addictional shoulder/tri work
Cable rows 210x8
db curls 45'sx6

Little more volume then the average Joe. I tolerate volume very well. Wouldn't recommend it for everyone..

Leg day

Hard day at the gym
New PR deads(off the floor) 365lbsx3
LOW box squat 275x8 Low Pull-T 130x10 New PR
And some additional ab work

having a hard time with the low bench I'm using for low box squats. It's to soft and I kind of sink in it with the weight. I'm going to make my own low box this week..

Did some back/bi work as well
Lateral Pull downs 190x10 I was close to done by now
finally some bi work..

LOW box squat 275x8 Low Pull-T 130x10 New PR
And some additional ab work

having a hard time with the low bench I'm using for low box squats. It's to soft and I kind of sink in it with the weight. I'm going to make my own low box this week..

whats wrong with sinking into it. all it does is make ya go deeper. :D

Pull Throughs 140lbsx10 (whole stack) I'll need to find a way to add weight next week lol

yea, it's always the take off that's a problem lol. After I got myself going it's a lot easier to dish out a few more..

I haven't been putting up my cardio days. Just my WO. I max out on my bench today. Hopefully I'll kick some ass..
