Hey, I'm new here and looking for your guys advice. I'm currently dong a lot of bodyweight stuff, combat conditioning. And wanting to add weight trainig into my program, but for fear of overtraining have not implemented any. Here is a breakdown of my routine.
monday hindu squats5x50,pushups5x20 situps 5x20
tuesday hindu squats 5x80, chinups 5x20, situps 5x20
wed hindu squats 5x50, handstand pushups 5x20, situps 5x20
thru hindu squats 5x80, pullups 5x20, situps 5x20
friday hindu squats 5x50, dips 5x20, situps 5x20
The workout is done in back to back superset/circuit with 5 sets of each. Do 1 set 60 second break. Tuesday and Thursday I increase the squat numbers. As you can see this is a lot, but is there any way I can add weight training/powerlifting to this. I'm open to scaling my bodyweight routine down to 3 days.
monday squat pushups situps
wed squat pullups situps
friday squat handstand situps
or is there a way I can continue with the above and do weights in the afternoon?

Would this be a good routine?
monday bench press 5x5 closegrip bench 2x8 military press 2x8 light cardio
tuesday squats 5x500 pullups 5x20 situps 5x20
wednesday deadlift 5x5 bent over row 2x8 barbell curl 2x8
thursday squats 5x50 handstand pushups 5x20 situps 5x20
friday squat 5x5 stiff leg deadlift 2x8 calf raises 2x8
saturday squats 5x20 pushups 5x20 situps 5x20
I work out at home with a basic bench with leg ext and curls and a squat rack. Goal is to pack on hard dense muscle to my frame, but getting stronger is my major goal. I like to keep my bodyweight stuff, since it helps me a lot.

get ya some bands and you can still do body weight movemets with the extra resistance of bands. add a sled and thats all you need.

After you pull the sled a few times you end up wondering why everyone else doesn't, and what took you so long to start doing it. I am in no way sying it is essential for great results.....it's not. But......results are better with a properly implemented GPP program, and you end up not only looking great, but in great everall shape. I know lots of PL'ers and BB'ers that get winded going up two flights of stairs. THAT is a joke...

I don't need all that shit, your spoiled. I need two babes, my power rack, plates, bars, bands and sled. Test and tren is better than test if you must, but I sure don't need TV. Mine only plugs into the DVD player:D
