I got this one a few years ago from a euro board, very good i may add.
nuke 1 cup of peanut butter and 8tbsp of honey for 80 sec. mix in1.25 cups of whey, 1 cup of oats, add nuts or raisins if desired.
mix it thouroughly, then put in a pan or glass bowl and let them sit for 20 minutes. cut them up and throw them in the fridge and your good to go.
I just made a batch, my bars are nice and thick, got 6 of them out of it but in a larger pan you should be able to double that.

nah... sorry...
i guess we could figure it out tho: 10 bars... divide all the ingredients by 10
.1 cup pb (chunky style without salt) = 152 cals, 13g fat, 5.5g carbs, 6g protein
.8 tbsp honey = 51 cals, 0 fat, 14 carbs, 0 protein
5/40 cup whey = 1/8 cup = 15 g = 60 cals, .75 g fat, 2g carbs, 11 g protein
.1 cup oatmeal = 30 cals, .6 g fat, 5.4g carbs, 1g protein
Grand total per bar = 293cals, 14.4 g fat, 26.9 g carbs (5.4 complex?), 18 g protein.

can these bars be stored at room temp and stay together. By that I mean can i cut them up and throw them in a bag or tin and take them with me to work, or do they get all messy?

i found this recipe on another thread. Weilder posted this- i can't take credit for it- props to him for such a great recipe. i just made two batches of them, the first was a little thin and dry but when you make them thicker it comes out with a gooey center.
Mixed Nut Bar (low carb)
Ingredients
3/4 cup pecan meal
3/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup walnut pieces
2 whole omega-3 eggs
plus 2 whites, beaten
6 scoops vanilla whey or unflavored
1/4 tsp salt
Splenda, to taste (optional) or about 1/3-1/2 cup
1 TBSP vanilla if using unflavored whey
Prep Time – 15 minutes
Difficulty Level – Easy
Servings – 6
Instructions
To make the pecan and almond meal, process the
nuts in a blender. Mix everything together in a large
bowl, and continue stirring until all of the
ingredients have mixed together thoroughly. Spread
the dough into an 8x8-inch baking dish coated with
olive oil cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes at
350-degrees F. - Make sure you DO NOT overcook, it should be a bit gooey in the middle
