I just read Brawn and beyond brawn.. two great books. I've enjoy WSB but as the weeks go by i feel weaker and weaker.. I also like DE days as i feel more refreshed after the workouts. But i had talked to IA and we both agree that a 3 day wokout is too much for some trainess. What do you guys think of this idea of a 11day or a 12 day cycle of wsb? Gotta give IA credit cause i saw his 3 workouts 0ver 9 days on got the idea
Day 1 -ME Bench
Day4- DE Bench
Day6- ME Squat
Day 9- DE Squat
Day10-11 maybe day12 too - Rest
Day 12 or 13 Repeat
GPP in most rest days well
Basically you can apply all the WSB rules number 1 being no more 72 hours in between me and de workouts

What are you doing for accesory work, that may be what is killing you.

Yeah, also I find that the DE stuff is more stressful sometimes than ME. Particularly on the bench. I suppose everyone is different though. Plus, I'm almost always using chains, bands, or occassionally both on DE work.
