Looks wonderful. I'd sub SDLD's some days for GM's.

thanks for the reply IA. I've done push/pull in the past, but the reason I think I failed with it before is that I would stick only to compound movements, so if I did a push day, it would consist of something like:
bench
db bench
bb ohp
cg bench
so by the time I got to the tricep movement, my delts and chest would be too tired to make any progress. I'm thinking that by using more isolating movements, I'll be able to hit a bodypart without affecting others too much. we'll see how it goes...

so far so good. today was pull day and I managed to add 10lbs on my chins, couple reps on db rows, 20lbs on shrugs, couple reps on bb curls. all while doin an 'emergency' cut.
I've been cutting for the past 2.5months but it's been sllooooww. I'm leaving on my trip in 3 weeks, and I need to do about 1.5months of cutting in that time. I've bumped up the cardio to 6x a week and things are picking up. Hopefully I won't sacrifice too much muscle... If I can keep the weights moving up on this routine with all the cardio that I'm doing then I can't wait to try it out when I'm bulking!
