Love the book! I read the entire thing in one night.

I'm not sure if anyone monitors these forums anymore, but I had a couple of questions about the Metabolic Rebound Diet (clarifications, really):

1. When should you eat your First Meal in the undereating phase? Should you wait a certain amount of time to eat after you wake up (i.e. wake up at 6am, eat your first meal at 10am)?
2. How spaced out should each meal be in the undereating phase (i.e. eat every 3 hours)?
3. Last, but not least, are EAA pills as effective as the liquid?

Thanks in advance! Keep up the amazing work!

you're overthinking it. The idea of this diet is to simplify life. Eat when you want.

The undereating phase will always be catabolic so IMO if you can fast for a longer period of time then do it. As long as your training/social/working performance doesn't decrease ofc

So you can have your first meal at 10am, at 7, at 3pm or not a meal at all.

Then overeat.

PS: The pills are just as effective (again you're thinking too much). They are much more expensive though.
