Hi everyone. I'm 16 yo and been training for approximately 17 months. Next week I will start my first serious "bulking" phase.
Here are some pictures:
They are 2 months old.

Quads, chest, arms and calves

Time taken:

Circuit A
1. ATG Squat 3*5 (70kg)
2. Bench press 3*5 (70kg)
B. Horizontal leg press 3*8 (80kg-90kg-90kg)
C. Incline bench press 3*8 (50kg)
D. Olympic bar curl 3*10 (27,5kg)
E. Close grip rack lockouts 3*6-6-8 (60kg-70kg-70kg)
F. Smith calf raises 3*12 (80kg)

Cardio: 20' treadmill walk at a speed of 6-6.5.

Notes: At equal weights, the effort was greater in the bench press than in squats in the first and only circuit.
As for the rack lockouts, it was an exercise that I loved. Also, I can put more weight. I put a low weight so as to know where to move (regarding loads) in this exercise.

hola. es bueno verte. yo aprendo espanyol. no soy bueno.

lol i'm trying to teach myself abit. It is hard though learning on the internet from just reading spanish articles and trying to translate. I have noone to speak with.

Circuits look good. What programme are you going to do next week?

Next week I will we doing a SPBR which is quite similar to the one posted by IA.
BTW, do you have a training log?

Hams, back, shoulders and abs

Time taken:

A. Rack pull (below knees) 3*5 (120kg-122.5kg-122.5kg). I perform rack pull instead of deadlifting since my gym's owner doesn't want me to deadlift because he says I break down the floor. :(
B. Underhanded rack chins 3*12-6-4+2. Too much useless effort on the first set.
C. SOHP 3*6 (40kg). Didn't want to force myself much since I already did a great effort on the rack chins and I want to be as fresh as possible for next week.
D1. Yates row 3*8 (50kg)
D2. Lying leg curl 3*8 (35kg). Pussy :S.
D3. Side laterals 3*10 (8kg each dumbbell-7kg-7kg)
E1. High pulley crunch 2*12 (12 blocks)
E2. Side plank 2*20'' each side. Didn't rest between ab supersets.
F. Static holds 3*20'' (30kg each dumbbell)

Notes: I haven't done any cardio since the gym was closing. Luckily, I could finish my stretchings.

Pretty basic ones. I try to read ESPN Deportes but i'm having a hard time understanding it.
