Hello, my name is Christian, and I'm going to finally start doing things correctly. Here are some facts about me:

Age: 15
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 167
Bench: 190
Squat: 280
Deadlift: 300

Goals:
Weight: 180
Bench: 250
Squat: 370
Deadlift: 405

(I know these are pretty big goals, yet I am willing to go as hard as I can until I reach them.)

I am starting this routine on the upcoming monday.

Good luck bro. May I suggest that you have smaller goals over a shorter time frame along the way...that way you will know if you are on track and stay motivated!

Okay sounds good to me... but I'm not really good with time frames... do you think you know any good time frames for me to get what lifts

like at 1 month, 2 months, etc.?

I just like lifting. Most of my friends think it's weird but I don't ever want to miss a workout because it's really fun for me.
