I decided to start a training log to keep on my ipod and on the computer.
I am currently bulking and working on regaining my lost mass, 1RM stats are unknown but i do know that i am 5'5" 149 pounds.
Working toward college football.
I train four days a week (tues.-friday)

Tues. Arms/traps
Wen. Legs/ abs
Thurs. Chest/ shoulder
Friday Back/ abs


07:00 am
3x10 BW pull ups
3x15 Bent over barbell rows - 115
3x15 T bar rows- 225
15,12,10 wide grip lat pull down- 80,100,110
3x12 Good morning 135
3x25 Hyperextension 45

100 Crunches

No I still go onto the t-misc here and there mostly just to see what going on, i decided to make a log on a much more respectable bodybuilding site

*Pre workout*6:00 am- Two slices whole wheat toast two TBS (roughly) peanut butter Half scoop EAS chocolate protein powder(15 g protein) 8oz coffee half cup of milk
7:00am- One multi one serving flax see oil one vitamin C
*post workout*8:10 am- Two servings oalmeal half cup of milk, two whole eggs, four egg whites
10:30am- One met-rx protein bar
12:30pm- two servings brown rice, two servings mixed vegitable, two servings cottage cheese one serving flax seed oil
2:00pm-Three homemade protein bites
4:10pm-Chicken breast Baked potato topped with sour cream and chive chip dip( that taste good but didn't match up on my diet) serving broccali


*** Planned meals****

6:30pm-Homemade raviolli, fruit salad topped with greek yogurt, Spinich salad, aspragus 16 oz chocolate milk
8:30pm- Multi, vitamin c, zma, one serving flax seed oil peanut butter and honey sandwhich
9:30pm- EAS protein shake (23 grams protein) Powerade zero

Comes to about 4468 Calories give or take and not to sure on the macros but i figure i ate pretty clean and pretty well on the macros

Today is a none training day and a cheat day also no need to post my diet today

Today is a recovery day. Fallowing roughly the same diet as friday and no training.
Will have recovery showers and plenty of rest.

Today is Bi/Tri training
I have not been in the gym yet i will do that around 4:10 I am starting a creatine cycle this week big loading week right away.

Todays diet has been the same threw the first four meals
Lunch at 1230 will be a tuna sandwhich on two slices of whole wheat bread, with mustard garlic and bits of cheese.

Tonight is our football banquiet so i will have plenty to eat lots of carbs and lots of protein = )

For the workout:
Grip variations are done to work different heads of the muscle
BW Chins 3x10
DB hammer curls 3x20
BB curls 3x15
Preacher curls 3x10

Diamond push-ups 3x10
French press 3x20
Skull crushers 3x15
Close grip bench 3x10
