A bit more about yourself, please

Current diet - what's it look like?
Are you involved in athletics?
Motives for training?
strength goals for 6 months? 1 year?

I am currently at school so my diet is whatever i can get 3x at the chow hall (usually meat, carbs and vegetables) plus 2 or 3 meals out of school which consist of either liquid protein meals or tuna or other types of portable protein sources. I estimate (yes i know i need to check more accurately) that i am getting around 140-150g of protein a day, carbs and fat i am not sure but i do not really eat much of them.

I used to play competitive water polo and also competitive rugby but now i am not into competitive ball sports anymore, i just play for fun when i want to.

My strength goals for the next 6 months are to increase my squat to 200-225lbs, my bench to around 170-180lbs and my deadlift to 315lbs, in a year i would like to bench 225 and squat 300ish, not sure about deadlift...400 maybe?

today i did:

Squat 145x5 145x5 145x5
Press 105x5 105x5 105x5
Power Clean 120x3 120x3 120x3 120x3 120x3

I have the feeling that i am already stalling on this as the squats were atg but i had difficulty maintaining good form and i found them harder than usual (same with the press). Power Cleans were good, but everything was harder because of the fact that i ripped the skin off where my index and thumb meet:

http://www.ironaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29542

I will see if my lifts go up next session or i might have to change routine or reset my lifts on SS.

5/3/1 now, since SS was stalled due to me not being enough of a beginner (i cba to explain why, if you care to ask i will answer but i dont think the forum needs that kind of posts unless they are requested).

Today was military press day, i pulled the lifts down to 90% like wendler says in the book, so my max that originally was 110 was pulled down to 99(rounded up to 100) and this is what i did:

Military press:

66x5
77x5
90x7

Assistance is the boring but big one:

Military: 45x10 45x10 45x10 45x10 45x10
Chins: bwx8 bwx5 bwx5

You switched programs after a week?

no, three weeks, and for reasons that are justified, i wouldnt change a program just out of boredom, i had my reasons.

If you're absolutely sure that you can't progress anymore on SS, fair enough.
Good luck man :)

doing spbr, gonna post occasionally but mainly logging my workouts on word documents

Box squat 176x5 187x5

Pullthroughs 110x10 120x10 135x10

Bent rows 135x6 135x6 135x6 135x6

Barbell curls 66x8 66x8 66x8

Calf raises whole stack (270lbs)x20 whole stackx20 whole stackx20

Did 20 on the calf raises because 15 was too easy.

you started too heavy is why you stalled out so quickly. 3 weeks is not enough time to evaluate a program.

yeah i came to that conclusion as well, i prefer the SPBR a lot more anyways so i will just stick to this :)

ok i am back on track now, had some problems with a girl and other things so i wasn't really on it. I still lifted but it was mostly instinctive so i just did what i felt like doing and stuff like that (always strength though). I will restart the SPBR tomorrow and i might also video my lifts so i can get some form advice.

My diet at the moment is hardcore bulking, a bit dirty but whatever. From the 10th of december until 3 weeks after the 10th i will do a recomp with the warrior diet since i will be on christmas vacation and back home it is easier to do the warrior diet than a bulking diet, so i will take advantage of that.

I just wanted to update on the first week i have been doing the warrior diet:

stats before:

bf%: 12% weight:150ish

stats now after a week:

bf%: 11% weight: 150ish still

and my strength has gone up also (for example i benched 165 before and now i bench 170, i db shoulder pressed 45sx8 before now i db shoulder press 55sx10-12)

I am doing the WD for a quick recomp and also for curiosity and convenience. Will do it for another 3 weeks then it's back to the bulk!

That's dedication right there haha. Good stuff though, seriously—most people don't know how to make sacrifices for what they feel is more important, nor do they know how to live below their means.

Btw, quads look pretty beastly and your Vtaper from the back shot is solid man. Keep at it, Kru.

yeah well I honestly think that my lifting is more important than a material object but it became a win/win situation the day after i sold it because my friend (the guy i sold it to) sold his to me for like 15 bucks lol. Thanks for all the positive feedback BTW.

On other news i just ate 1.3lbs of chicken breast and apparently that ammounts to 174g of protein...yeah buddy! :)

ok haven't updated in a while. I am still on the warrior diet, but i am doing a slightly longer lasting overeating part of the day. I have been a bit random with my workouts AGAIN and i am hoping to restart seriously next week. Here are my lifts now:

Squat 200 still (have only squatted once this week)
Bench 195 (been benching 4 days in a row this week, it did bring my max up so its aight)
Deadlift 225 (havent deadlifted in like a month)

And I know this is really gay but i wanna mention that my curl is up to 130 no jokes. Now i know this might not seem serious but this is really what i have been doing this week so please don't make fun of me.
