Hey everyone,

I'm currently 19 years old and haven't been very consistent keeping a log but I'm really trying to get my training on key now. I've been training for 3 years now, but only 2 years of actual non-wussy training. I'm really ready to get very serious and kick it into full gear and get my nutrition on track too, which seems to be my biggest factor in growth (which is slowly coming to a standstill).

My current RAW stats are (09/20/10):
Current BW: 185lbs
Hight: 6'2"
Squats: 440lbs
Deads: 405lbs
Bench: 285lbs
Mil. Press: 175lbs

I have pretty low bodyfat, the last time I had it calipered it said I was at 5%.. now I know that can't be right so I'm guessing around ten maybe? I don't think I'd be any higher than that though.

Other key points - I'm currently in the off season at a CC for track and will begin training soon, I'm debating whether or not to post a few of those workouts or not, we'll just see when the time comes.

My current routine is a modified SPBR to fit my own needs

Warm up to 150

Decline BP-
Worked up to 255

Guillotine Press

Tricep extensions DBs

I thought I'd go out on a limb and try to new head straps my gym bought and do some neck exercises.. they were rough but kind of fun, I might throw them in once in a while now to spice things up.
Neck Raises-

Went to the track to do some light conditioning work for track. I'm just tryin to get used to spikes and running with good form again and making sure my heart doesn't give out during conditioning in a few weeks

4x20m sprints,
3x75m buildups
1x150m buildup
400m jog to finish it off
