175 pounds
Bench 275
Deadlift 365
Squat 300ish
Military 155ish

Getting trained by IA and want to post a nice looking log to keep everyone up to date on progress and so i can watch myself grow for the next year. If you want to follow me along that'd be great, because it's going to be a year full of a big change to my appearance. I'll update pretty much daily and try to keep it exciting. Wish me luck.

I'll post pictures tomorrow and measurements.

Box Squat 315 ( New PR by 40 lbs. )
Deadlift 350 ( i have gotten 365 before, but i only got 350 this time probably because it was after squat, and i didn't feel like i could go higher than 350 )

I'll be following this log. You are pretty damn strong for you age. How long have you been lifting?

uhm, i lifted my first year with a buddy of mine who made me do tons of super sets and stupid junk that i needed not to do. Lost plenty of fat from it though. Then the past year i got a lot smarter with my training and got all my lifts up. I have not bulked very much as i have been cutting a ton, but now with IA's recomp i will finally be below 10% bf. Thanks a ton man, continue to follow.

3 days down, going good soo far. :) lifted on Monday, was very good. CAN'T WAIT TO LIFT TOMORROW :)

after doing a 4 day split i feel that a 3 day wouldnt satisfy me lol but thats just probably a lifting addiction lol

Haha, it definitely has become an addiction. I'm addicted to my dieting, lifting, and sleeping. :P I swear.

Yesterdays lift was the hardest fkn workout ever. EVER. Can't wait till saturday morning to lift again.
