I am 18 years old. I want to be in the greatest possible shape I can be. I want to be muscular and lean! I have been training for around 7 months. Currently eating 3,000 calories a day on the SIMPLE Power Based Routine. I'll only list work sets on my log. I weigh 170 pounds and have 12-14 percent bodyfat.

Max rep goals: (Current stats are predicted 1 rep maxes & lifts @ end of March)
203/275 Bench

400 Deadlift

Im on a 1/2 day TCD. 100g'ish carbs depending on w/o days, try to hit atleast 40-50% fat. And I get 250g protein minimum.
