Deadlift: 210x3

Goals
Bench: 155x3
Squat: 225x3
Deadlift: 275x3

Wrestling is over and I'm in full bulk mode. Trying to gain back some weight and strength I lost during the season where I had to lose 20lbs in 3 weeks.

Comments: I sustained a glute injury ~2 weeks ago and haven't been able to do squats/deadlifts since. Tried doing some squats today but glutes were still in pain... it might be yet another week where I can't do my squats . Rows felt really good and focused on the MMC, tried doing underhand grip and it made my lats go on FIRE!!! Put in a few sets of curls in there since I rarely do isolation work and felt pretty good.
