and if this forum continues for another ten years, I HOPE this journal stays alive and also be here in that time :D


I'm 18, with 146lbs (small guy) and 5'9''
I train 2 times a week, and this is what i am doing now:

A
Bench 1X1
2X6
Military 2x8
Dead lift 1x1
1x3
GM's 2x10 (I put this on because my grip streght is veeeery week and after the 1x1DL I just cant handle much weight on my hands)


B
pull-ups 3x
rows 2x4
Box squat 3x15
calves raises 1x15


my main goals are:
-increasing (if possible) by 2lb everytime i do the 1x1 bench press and the 3x15 box squats.
-increasing (if possible) by 2/4lb everytime i do the 1x1 Deadlift

well its not much, but I hope someday (years perhaps -.-) have some "respectable" lifts.

A:
1) Bench:
1x1x62kg
2x6x48kg
2) military:
2x8x25kg
3)Deadlift:
1x1x89kg (more 5kg because I use that mix grip...really need to buy some straps)
1x3x69kg
4)GM
(still figuring out how to do these ones)


B:
1) Pullups:
3 sets = 15 reps
2) rows:
2x6x52kg
3) Box squat (above parallel):
3x15x76kg
4) calve raises:
1x15x66kg

next week I'm going to camp with some friends so no training...I hope the load of alcohol and other things don't be too much :D

here we don't have to wait till 21 to drink a beer
