Right when I joined at the beginning of 09 my stats were as follows:

Then
Age: 15
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 170
BF: 15+%

185/275/275

Now
16
6'2"
188lbs
BF- somewhere around 11%

235/405/415

My routines are XMGQ's and Joe's HS Athletes workout...

EDIT:Im only going to list my working sets, warm up sets are ALWAYS used though

Ok recent workouts...
You'll notice some of these deviate from either XMGQ's or Joes, I work out with my trainer for MMA alot but mostly I stick to the program

2/21
DB Press: 90 1x6
Dips: BW+25 2x12
DB Row: 100 2x5
Chins: BW+25 2x5

2/23
Box Squat: 365 1x4
Leg press: 615 1*5
calves 2x10

2/26
Bench: 205 1x8
Incline DB: 80 2x8
triceps 2x8

3/1
DL: 395 1x5 (going for 8 but didnt have it)
DB row: 105 2x4
Pull Thrus: (not sure the weight, its one of those universal machines
Curls: 40 3x10

Im feeling G.R.E.A.T! My dips felt super strong and my DB press was great on form and weight. Ive been eating every chance I get. I think im going through a growth spurt because I cant help but to progress haha
I want to do 100's on DB press soon!:D

Havnt updated recently...

Anyway, ive been trying my hardest to get in enough food on a daily basis.
Also I downloaded a ton of Rammstein, no music has ever pumped me up more!
