View Full Version : WSB / Power based log (Minotaur)

Hey guys,

I have been a reader of this forum for over a year now and I only decided to register and make a log now.

I was on the SPBR for about 6 months and progress was great despite the poor diet.

I haven't chosen if I will start my WSB now or if I will continue to progress on the SPBR until I hit a wall.

Progress for the past two months:

Squat 70kg x 5 --> 110 kg x 5
DL 80 kg x 5 --> 120 kg x 5
Bench Press 20 kg --> 70kg

(I dont like the bench press though. It messes with my shoulder). So I did a lot of dumbell work too.

DB Bench press 20kg dbs x 8 --> 30 kg dbs x 6



I think progress was good but could have been mich better.

My body weight went from 156 lbs skinny fattish (12-14 % bodyfat) to 176 meso-hardish (12-14% bodyfat).

Workout today:

CG Bench press 1 max set of 5 (60kg)
Skull crushes 20kg + bar (wide grip) x 10,11,13
DB Bench press 24 kg dumbells (skull crushers killllllleeedd my tris so it was weak) x10,11
Lat Raises 55kg x 10,10,10,10
Abs -> Circuit abs (10kgx 20 eccentric work + 12 V crunches + 14 heel touches).
W

Will start heavy ab work next week. I have to figure out some good exercises that wont hurt my back.


The workout was ok in general. Look forward to my first WSB leg/ Back.

IA,

Today I did this:
CG bench press 60kg (1 max set to 5)
Skull Crushers 20kg+bar x 10,11,13
DB Bench Press 24kgx10,11
Lat Raises 55kgx10,10,10,10
ABS circuit abs 10kgx20,12,14

It went ok but the skull crushers affected my db bench. I can usually lift 26 or 28 x 10.

Anyway, the way you do things now. Is it something confidential or has it been shared somewhere? I would love to know you new ingredient x.

Ya know I was pretty suspect of the other guy that just got banned that was from Brussels.... thinking it was Eric trying to get some revenge. I think Sly closed that thread but cannot find it anymore. This new development cements it for me.

I made a bad image for myself with eric123 because I wasn't shy to ask questions..

I wanted to make a new face for myself and forget eric123... I don't see a problem with that.

The only lie I told was that I only decided to register yesterday. I have been reading the forum on and off for two years... Again how does that make me a trouble maker? No harm intended to anyone. But please feel free to make fun of me.

I have to admit it was a pretty damn epic fail :/ I wish I was a spectator to a fail like that.. well being the promoter of it is kind of cool too,

Bro you don't need to be ashamed or anything, lol. IA is one of the most patient guys I know. You should just start applying what's being told. I've read quite a lot of old posts and some guys really have changed since 3-5 years ago lol.
