Been lurking around for a while now, figured it's about time to start a log here.

Age: 17
Weight: 171lbs
Height: 5'6
B/F: ~15-18%

Have had a good last 6 months. Started out at 115 and worked my way up to my current weight. I'm aiming for a lean 195-200lbs. I'm also working in kilograms so forgive me if the conversions are slightly off.

Squat: 308 (x5)
Deadlift: 300 (x1)
Bench: 154 (x8)

I'll post some info about my diet and training, as well as progress pics. Feel free to say hi, please do.

So.. Was planning on updating this as much as possible.
Moved across the country for uni, now living on my own in my apartment. Gym is only 2 minutes walk away!

In my opinion strong points are back, shoulders and legs. And weaker points are Chest and Biceps.

I would like to also shed off a bit of the fat. I've been doing a body recomposition since december, am satisfied with the results so far.
