Hye guys, I am about to order a few cheap supplements but I need your advice.
I saw just this PHD Waxy Barley starch for sale for like 4.4 lbs 20 bucks. Good deal and apparently its an improvement for waxy mayze.
Never took WM but I was plannign to since I heard it is a great carb source for after the workout.
PHD nutrition claims that the GI of this barley starch is really really low and there are many health benefits like additional aminos etc.
Think it would be a good buy? check it out http://www.thesupplementstore.co.uk/carb_powders/PHD_Waxy_Vol_2kg-phd_waxy_vol_2kg.htm?browse=1#product-ingredients-nutritional-details
and how about something like NO or this PHD pump thingy.. I guess getting a good pump would definitely be one of those things that make me hit prs consistently... http://www.thesupplementstore.co.uk/new_products/PHD-Nutrition-V-Max-Pump-800g-phd_nutrition_v_max_pump_800g.htm?browse=1#product-ingredients-nutritional-details
EDIT: Last question: I am lactose intolerant and whey is killing me. What is a better Pre or post protein source? The Optimum nutrition egg protein or the soy protein?
please let me know. These are pretty cheap so I was just wondering..
