For a 3 a day it looks solid.

Not perfect, but I understand they are shooting for a certain market; and that makes sense, financially.

What would you say that it needs to make it better? I think a little more Vit C, but not sure what else.

I think some of the ratios for the NOW multi-vitamin/mineral are better, plus it's cheaper. But there are some pretty cool added "other ingredients" as well in this one.

Interesting, why are multi's putting in such low magnesium if its such a common deficiency.

If you look at all of the high-end ones, they're around 9 caps a day. It would take me a long time to list all of the 'other' ingredients added.

TP isn't trying to market to those people which is smart, because the people who take $80 a month multis (or who will take more than 3 caps) are a small fraction of the market.

I'm not knocking it at all, for it's niche, it's solid.
