Lately my creatine mono (TP) has been giving me colon cleanses - like water. I was taking it post workout 5g in water followed by a protein drink. I've since tried all sorts of different combinations, mixed with protein, mixed in grape juice (look out), dosage split up morning and evening, ect. Some ways helped some but it was still un predictable when I was going to be OK and not. I can take the protein , micellar, alone and be fine. Could this be from the creatine pulling water into the intestine? Are there other types of creatine that might absorb better for me

Thanks, I'll try some CEE. Don't know why I was able to take the mono for months and then developed problems?

I've had this problem too when i tried a loading phase which required 20g for 5 days (which I only did 2 because it hurt too much when i shat it out). I reduced the intake to only during workout days (3x a week) and it has stopped but I'm not sure if it would give me the same results.

Got the CEE today and took about 3g to try it and see how it sits with me. Everything I've heard about it being one of the worst supplements to take is true. I don't know why I didn't get the capsules.

This does happen to me also but only in the morning on an empty stomach... I now use it if I'm a little banked up to unblock lol

If that doesn't work, try Kre-Alkalyn or Oritine by Man Sports.

I looked at Kre-Alkalyn, is it correct what it is saying about how quickly creatine breaks down? Have you used kre-alkalyn?

I have, but it was only for a short period of time. Between my store and the other two in our company, we've seen several hundred people run it. We get good success, but have people run it at four caps per day v. the suggested two caps.
