I got banned on bb.com so decided to start a log over here lulz.

im 17 6"2 230 looking to get ALOT strong and get down to around 10-12%. im probably around 18-20% right now.people i look skinny with a shirt on but when its off im pretty chubby not obese or even that fat lol.

Currently on Westside and my lifts are exploding.

I'm guessing the DB exercises are weights per DB?

-wont be signing up with IA due to no money right now lol and parents wont lend it to me. i spent it all on a car and need the cash from work to go ut and stuff so ill be signing up for Redpoint on Tuesday and do a cut diet with that.ill take a look at their routines but will prob. just stick with mine since its working.
