im tonyknucles, new to these forums, my boy pat introduced me to this shizzle and uh yea
Age: 16 (17 in like three months) wt: 201 (all fat) status: very f'in tired!


workout 1
week 1:
monday

squat 3x6 parallel ------------ 78LBS
6,6,6 *weak but very effective*

lunges with weight 3x6-8 -------------- two 45 DUMBELLS
7,7,6 *ballin*

calf raised 3x15 ------------ 111 lbs
15,15,15 *****in A*

barbell or dumbell curls 3x8 ------------- 25 lbs
8,8,8 *once again weak but VERY ****in effective*

situps to failure -------------------- goal: 55 did: 50 FAIL
*dont puss out next time, unload on dem *****s!!!! pwn em!!!*

military press 3x8 ----------- 67lbs WEAK
8,4 (dropped the f?in bar), 5 gdamn

couldn?t even do 1 pathetic

notes: im really impressed in my improvements, sorry i skiped fridays workout FAIL
but im gonna have to double up on my workout THIS FRIDAY

*notes* don't try increase weights so fast, lesson learned
