Decided to start a log.

I am 17 years old 6"2 215 looking to lean mass/recomp and obviously get stronger. my lifts are straight garbage and i need to get them up.i will also prob. start carb cycling also.

1RM
Bench-225 (maxed last week)
Squat-260
Deadlift-315

I broke my finger like a month or so ago so have not been doing DLs in 5/3/1. i am currently starting Wave 2 tomorow with Bench and will do DLs prob in Wave 3.well thats it...now time for some gains.

GL, at 215 those lifts should skyrocket fast.

dun worry, squats and deadlifts go up pretty fast in general, just train and eat good, you'll be fine

expecting some cerial progress in here
