Decided to start a log.
I am 17 years old 6"2 215 looking to lean mass/recomp and obviously get stronger. my lifts are straight garbage and i need to get them up.i will also prob. start carb cycling also.

Bench-225 (maxed last week)
Squat-260
Deadlift-315
I broke my finger like a month or so ago so have not been doing DLs in 5/3/1. i am currently starting Wave 2 tomorow with Bench and will do DLs prob in Wave 3.well thats it...now time for some gains.
