So I have started to improve on pull-throughs. Enough to need more than the gyms stack (estimated 100kg split in half (50 kg) due to leverage). Today as I did a new PR I realized I must have more friction below my feet to stay where I am (leaning forward doesnt help). So I fetched a plate, put on the floor and stepped in front of it, put my heels against it and I was in place and could do the exercise. Problem was it affected my stance because of the round nature of a plate. A square box of some kind might be better but want to know how others solve this. There might be a solution I havent thought of (spike shoes? J/K :D).

haha I have the same problem with the weight stack system, I used to look pretty stupid I imagine having it drag me back every couple or reps.

All I know is I dont have the same problem with bands due to the way the weight increases, and by the time it increases that much I am half way through my rep and I don't seem to slide.

If you can't figure something else out, bands work better for these IMO
