I'm recovering from a bad case of lazy. Gotta get off my ass and start lifting again. Hope you guys help me on my way.

3 Day a Week Routine

Trap Bar Deadlift 5/3/1
GHR 2 x Failure
Abs

Shoulder Press 5/3/1
Dips 4 x 7

Trap Bar Row 5/3/1
Chins 4x7

I'm going to run a hill right now. Starting to lift 'morrow. You comment in my log, I return the favor. Gotta spread the motivation!

I don't have an actual barbell, only a trap bar...

I actually do everything (rows, dips, deadlift, pullups) with it.

I make do with what I have.

I was unable to lift in the past month. Work and a nasty stomach flu overwhelmed me.

Today was my reunion with weightlifting. Felt awesome.


Pulled a 255 x 1 on trap bar dl, and 30 or so pansy versions of Wheel O' Death. :)

For not having lifted in 5 months, these numbers are great.

Diet was decent. 6 eggs + salsa, big bowl of oatmeal and fruit, oj and pea protein, some chicken and nuts.

Clean diet, but lacking some protein.

Comment away.
