Often times, just before bed I will have a protein drink with flax. Sometimes however I want a snack and I substitute some peanut butter or powerbutter, for the flax, but here's the twist.
Two or three tablespoons of PB
One or two sugar free banana puddings
Mix the PB with the pudding and you have a heavenly treat....with very little carbs...
